Usually I do not post on blogs, but I want to say that this article quite forced me to try and do so! Thanks, quite nice article.
I disagree with this action by Facebook; I think it’s a heavy-handed mis-use of trademark law. At a quick glance, there’s no real possibility of confusion between the sites.
I also think this is a class example of acting in bad faith, and abusing power. I understand that you’re a small player and don’t necessarily want to waste your time opposing things like this, but I do want to say that this sort of thing makes me feel more wary of Facebook, and less favorable about Facebook as a company.
